Salim Merchant
Salim Merchant is an Indian singer and composer, best known as one half of the music duo Salim–Sulaiman. He has lent his voice to numerous Bollywood songs, including "Aashayein" from *Iqbal* and "Kurbaan Hua" from *Kurbaan*. His legacy lies in his significant contributions to Indian film music, both as a vocalist and a prolific composer.
